70 grams (around 2 1/2 ounces) wheat germ or FibreTone
3 tablespoons of LSA
Unsweetened soy almond, rice or coconut milk
Fresh fruit (bananas and strawberries or raisins)
Fruit and Nut Cream (optional)
Mix rice all ingredients in a bowl & serve.
